Valhalla Movement Standards

RX Division Standards

Gymnastics
  • Pull-ups, chest-to-bar pull-ups, bar muscle-ups.

  • Handstand walking (measured in 10-foot increments).

  • Toes-to-bar and double-unders.

​Barbell Movements
  • Advanced barbell cycling with weights up to 135/95 lbs.

  • Proficiency in squat snatches, cleans, and overhead movements (e.g., push jerk, split jerk).

Dumbbells and Sandbags

  • Dumbbells up to 50/35 lbs for dynamic movements such as step-overs or snatches. ​

  • Sandbags up to 75/50 lbs for over-shoulder lifts and carries.

Scaled Division Standards

Gymnastics
  • Jumping chest-to-bar pull-ups (bar 6 inches above the athlete's head).

  • Wall walks instead of handstand walking.

  • Hanging knee raises instead of toes-to-bar.

  • Single-unders instead of double-unders.

​Barbell Movements
  • Barbell cycling with weights up to 95/65 lbs.

  • Both power and squat snatch options available.

  • Clean to overhead movements (e.g., thruster, push press, or push jerk).

Dumbbells and Sandbags
  • Dumbbells up to 35/25 lbs for step-overs or snatches.

  • Sandbags up to 50/35 lbs for over-shoulder lifts and carries.
