The CrossFit Open is your chance to challenge yourself, connect with a global community of athletes, and see where you stand among the world’s best. This event is for everyone!

How it Works

3 Simple Steps to Join the Open

1. Register Online
2. Choose Your Division

Compete RX, scaled, or for fun.

3. Do the Workouts!

Do the workouts at CrossFit Blue Light with a judge present.

4. Submit Your Scores

As an official affiliate we will submit your scores!

FAQs

Got Questions?

  • You can register from home. 

    For your workout to be officially submitted it needs to be completed with a CrossFit judge present at an affiliate, like CrossFit Blue Light. 

    Your scores will then be submitted by the affiliate.

  • No!
    The Open is for all levels.

  • We will have free drop-ins for CrossFit Open participants on Friday:

    • February 28th

    • March 7th

    • March 14th

  • Basic equipment: dumbbells, jump rope, and a pull-up bar.
